Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin (London, 16 April 1889 - 25.12.1977.), British actor, star of silent film, director, screenwriter and musician. Chaplin was one of the most creative and influential personalities in the silent film era. In his films, he has performed as an actor, director, screenwriter, producer and composer of music. His career stretched to 65 years of theater in England where he played as a boy, so all half to death in 88 years.

His main character was "The Tramp", stray genteel manner and gentlemanly behavior. The character wears tight coat, oversized pants and shoes, bowler hat and bamboo cane, a trademark of his trimmed mustache.

He had a lot of children  Geraldine Chaplin, Sydney Chaplin, Victoria Chaplin... He make a lot of movies like : „The Kid“ „The Gold Rush“ „City Lights“ and a lot of more.
